Parramatta used to be my old stomping ground so it was the norm to end up here every weekend to take our pick of where to have breakfast. Since moving to South West Sydney, coming to Parramatta is such a treat with the abundance of brunch options.
I hope our suburbs in SW Sydney take a leaf out of Parramatta’s book and create thriving food hot spots for us.

Do you believe in second chances? Or making a good first impression?
I would have to say I’m pretty stubborn with changing my mind. Like, if I don’t particularly enjoy a meal or have a good experience I won’t go back.
After visiting Temasek for the second time though I may have to change my stance on giving things another go.

I tried a few weeks ago to visit Paper Plane Cafe only to find that there were at least 18 people in the queue ahead of me for a Sunday brunch. This only made me even more determined…after all most of my favourite eateries have queues outside like Tan Viet, Holy Basil, Messina..you get the idea.
