On the last morning of our trip, we stopped by Betty’s Bohemian Beach Cafe for one final breakfast in Port Douglas.
Boho anything has me intrigued, and this cafe was no different.
Firstly you have to see the decor and styling of the cafe for yourself.
It was gorgeous and right up my alley.
Got some major home decor goals from this trip!
We sat outside so we could soak in the vibes of the main street.
I was really impressed to see some different breakfast options on the menu. I can only take a certain limit of eggs benny guys!
It was a tough call between the ricotta pancakes, the kasundi eggs and the pea and mint fritters.
After much thought I chose the pea and mint fritters.
5 days on holiday meant I wasn’t on my best behavior when it came to picking meals, so my body loved the healthy greens and the quinoa in this meal.
It was a really generous portion and I ended up needing help from the husband to finish it all.
He had ordered the Betty’s breakfast.
Hidden under the avocado, feta and poached eggs is Vegemite! Not the most conventional way to have Vegemite but surprisingly it worked.
Service was friendly, fast and efficient.
Wish I had stopped by earlier in the trip so I could have made multiples visits.
