Quick review – Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation

I don’t usually do make-up related posts but when I do…it’s usually something I have been really impressed with.

A while ago on my wish list, I mentioned that I was eyeing the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation and the Real Techniques brush. Stashy and Bindis and Boys convinced me to try the Real Techniques Miracle Sponge instead. And I’m so glad I took their advice with the sponge because combined with my new favourite foundation – these two together are amazing!

The foundation is a saviourΒ for dry skin.

You only to apply a small amount of foundation to get a decent amount of coverage. I personally found that I was only using Β half of what I used to apply with other foundations.

The coverage is light-medium and last me all day without looking cakey or greasy. Such a great base item that it even makes my blush look better.

The packaging is travel friendly with a pump and cap.

It’s been so good that I haven’t reached for my MAC Face and Body at all since I’ve started using this.

The only downside is that the Bourjois range is only stocked at Priceline pharmacies and more often than not, they are sold out. It’s also only on sale sparingly.

Have you tried this one yet?

  1. I’m so glad you love this and the Real Technique sponge! πŸ˜€ I take it as a sign that the product is great when it’s constantly sold out… πŸ˜† Not sure if you use powders but the corresponding powder to this foundation is also lovely!
