Beauty Wish List

I’m currently waiting for a few skin care and beauty products to go on sale because I simply refuse to buy things at full retail price.

Here is what’s on my wish list at the moment:

Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation in beige

I am sooo ready to try a new foundation. I used to keep 3 or 4 at a time but found that every time a bought a new one the old ones would get neglected. Even though my MAC Face & Body hasn’t completely finished yet, I’m just itching to try something new. I haven’t tried anything new in almost 3 years!

The promise of “hyrdrated and luminous” skin with the bourjoi healthy Mix Foundation has won me over, plus it has been recommended as a good option for dry skin.

My foundation has recently started looking cakey and it may be because I’ve had my current brushes for too long. I’ve only ever read good things online about this brush. Seems to be a firm favourite.

Formula 10.0.6 – Three Times Sublime

Haven’t read any review or anything for this product but I love the sound a 3 in 1 product.ย Plus I have only ever had positive experiences with Formula 10.0.6 products.

I don’t think Australia Sephora have sales so I’ll end up paying full price – but I love these Sleeping Face Masks! My favourites have been Pearl, Rose and Honey.

I normally massage 1 quarter of the sachet on to my face and wake up with brighter, well hyrdrated skin. At $5 a pack these go a long way!

What do you think of my picks? Have you tried any yourself? Let me know if you think I should change my mind on any of these!

  1. Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation is great! Thumbs up on that.
The RT brush is nice, but if your foundation is cakey I recommend a Beauty Blender type sponge to apply instead. Maybe even the RT sponge, if you don’t want to spend too much.

      1. No, I haven’t posted about the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation on the blog – I had it before the blog but it’s one that I’d repurchase! It’s a great option for natural looking finish – it doesn’t have a ton of oil control though so I would recommend it more for normal to drier skin types.
I hope the sponge will help!

  2. I second Stashy with the sponge! I got the RT dupe and it works like a dream – that said I haven’t tried the Beauty Blender so can’t say if that’s any better. I tried a brush once and it didn’t give me the natural look I wanted – hence the sponge conversion. Would be good to know how the foundation works out for you!
